Yay! I finished authoressnebula's Christmas gift! LOL. It took forever because I kept scrapping what I started and then I went and was going to do a video but that didn't work out so well and then this happened.

So the second ‘big bang’ story is complete and posted and I’ve met my New Years Resolution of having 500,000 words posted to TtH by 2010. I know that’s not the largest word count for an author on TtH, but it’s one I’m damn proud of and I plan to shoot 600,000 in 2011. Here’s to hoping ‘Morning Glory’ tops that all on its own though I’m shooting for 75,000.

I never know how long a story is going to be until I start writing it and which scenes are going to steal my muse, but Faith and her storyline have definitely stolen her. She’s all sorts of excited and bouncy with the thought of writing Faith’s Tento di Cruciamentum and Buffy’s run in with Dean. Though I’m much more interesting in creating a realistic/creepy vampire for Faith to face off against—I do so love research. *bounces*

Well it’s Christmas Eve and I still have prezzies to wrap and eggnog to drink. Where’d I put that brandy?

Why I Like It

This is one of those fics that I've read time and time again. You can ask sperrywink. Every time I reread it, I would drop a comment leaving some plot bunny miracle grow, hoping for that third part to be written. Now, almost two years later, part three has finally been posted and it made me so happy.

This fic gives a very slow progress of Tony and Gibbs starting a relationship together. It also gives a different look at Gibbs... Instead of remaining the same, his amnesia changed him... for the better in my opinion. There's little moments throughout the fic that I just adore.

And the epilogue gives us a little tease as well...

Anyway... if you have not read it and you like Gibbs/DiNozzo and would like to see something different happen instead of Gibbs unceremoniously dumping Tony's things back on his desk and taking back the team, then go read it. Now!
